Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how shipping costs are calculated, and when you can expect to receive your order.
Shipping Destination
At this time, we ship orders within the United States only.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 USD or more.
For U.S. orders under $150 USD, shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 5β12 business days within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or returned to us, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the carrier where possible.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the shipment.
