Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days after it has been delivered and must meet the return conditions listed below.
Return requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Purchased directly from our website

In its original packaging

Complete with all original parts, accessories, tiles, racks, dice, bags, cards, manuals, and any included items

In new or gently inspected condition, unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error
Unopened Items
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund, excluding any original shipping fees, if applicable.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Opened Mahjong Sets and Products
Opened mahjong sets and related products may be returned only if they are complete and in good condition.
Opened items that are complete and accepted for return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The restocking fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, handling, and inventory processing costs.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing components, or not returned in acceptable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing any parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
For eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item claims reported within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement, replacement part, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
If the issue is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement shipping.
Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for free replacement or resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If the return is due to a product defect, damaged item, incorrect item, missing item, or another fulfillment error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
If a 15% restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement part, replacement item, repair solution, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or improper care

Lost pieces or accessories

Cosmetic changes caused by regular use

Damage caused by water, heat, sunlight, or exposure to extreme conditions

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
Lost or Missing Pieces After Use
If you lose a tile, accessory, or component after receiving your order, please contact us. Replacement pieces may be available depending on the product and inventory.
Replacement pieces for lost items are not covered under our limited warranty and may require a replacement fee and/or shipping fee.
